At the beginning of the tour, the president of the company will give a brief lecture on Sake brewing, and you will watch a video (with English subtitles) further explaining the process of brewing Sake.
During the brewery tour, visitors will be able to get a sense of the brewery’s history as they look at the wooden barrels and other tools that are being used to make Sake.
After the tour of the brewery, there will be a delicious Sake tasting. To help you understand the characteristics of each type of Sake, you will be given a tasting sheet written in English. If you find a bottle of Sake that you like, feel free to purchase some to take home!
If you want to understand Sake on a deeper level, you can also try a blindfolded tasting game and bottle labeling at an additional charge.
