🍵✨ TV Spotlight on Nishio’s Delicious Matcha! ✨🍵 Matcha is currently a very trendy and popular flavor. In addition to the drink itself, you can find almost anything matcha flavored these days - cookies, cakes, parfaits, even skincare products! But did you know that Nishio, a small town south of Nagoya, is one of the top producers of matcha in Japan? It’s actually the only place in Japan that specializes in growing the type of tea specifically for matcha! Our CEO, Elly, recently went to Nishio as a part of the NHK Journeys in Japan series and filmed a special episode about Nishio’s special matcha culture. These episodes are in English and Japanese with English subtitles.
