Get Ready to Relax and Unwind at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel

If you’re planning a trip to Nagoya, you’ll want to consider staying at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel. This luxurious hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it the perfect home base for exploring all that Nagoya has to offer.

I, Elly, got to spend a night there, so let me share my experience!

Top Location for Travelers

The Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is conveniently located in the JR Central Towers, which is directly connected to Nagoya Station. This means that you can easily access the hotel without even having to go outside once you arrive at the station.

The JR Central Towers also comprise a shopping complex with a variety of electronics like the Bic Camera, fashion like UNIQLO, and stationery stores like Hands as well as the Takashimaya department store. Just two floors below the hotel, the 13th and 12th floors serve coffee and sweets at numerous cafes, as well as Japanese and international fine dining options at a number of stylish restaurants.

Plus, you’ll be close to many of Nagoya’s top attractions, including the Nagoya Castle and the Osu Shopping District (more about the top attractions around the hotel in this article).

Nagoya is conveniently connected with the rest of Japan via the  Kintetsu, Meitetsu, and JR trains (especially the Shinkansen). This makes the Marriott the perfect place to stay and enjoy day trips to destinations in Aichi, Mie, and Gifu Prefectures, and even all the way in the Kansai region where Kyoto and Osaka are located and, of course, Tokyo as well.

Spend a Comfortable Stay

The Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel offers a variety of rooms to suit your needs. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, you’ll find a room that fits your style. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. You can choose between the Regular Floors and Concierge Floors (Executive Floors) which have Standard and Deluxe Rooms as well as Suite Rooms.

Luxury Unleashed in the Deluxe Double Room on the Concierge Floor

I tried the Deluxe Double Room on the Concierge Floor and it was just amazing. It surprised me how spacious the room was, with about 44 square meters. It provided me with all the comfort I needed to make me feel at home. I found myself completely pampered from the moment I stepped inside this room, especially while using the amenities from the British brand This Works I found in the bathroom (which had a separate shower and bathtub by the way). I was working at the spacious work desk with a comfortable chair and then sinking into the softest bedding, relishing the modern amenities, and enjoying breathtaking views of Nagoya from the 41st floor. Plus, I had a personalized service and exclusive access to the Concierge Lounge.

Exclusive Dining Experience or All You Can Eat

The Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel offers several dining options to suit your tastes. You can savor authentic Japanese cuisine at Kyoto Tsuruya with 160 seats located on the 18th floor.

From the 12 seats at the Sushi counter, guests can watch the Sushi masters prepare exquisite and fresh Sushi right in front of their eyes. The other 160 seats are arranged in private Tatami mat rooms for 4 to 24 people each. Perfect for smaller and larger families and groups of friends or coworkers. This Japanese restaurant makes you feel like you are in the streets of Kyoto, while never leaving the hotel building!

And the Teppanyaki dishes at the NAKOTEI were amazing. From tender Wagyu beef to succulent seafood, the skillful chefs dazzled your senses with their culinary expertise, transforming the finest ingredients into mouthwatering masterpieces right before your eyes.

But prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary culinary journey at Pergola located on the 15th floor. I tried this buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it really surpassed all my expectations.

This vibrant buffet restaurant captivated me with the tantalizing array of international cuisines expertly prepared by skilled chefs. From succulent seafood to delectable meats, fresh salads, and sweet temptations, Pergola offers a feast fit for food enthusiasts.

Noodle dishes from Japan and all over the world are served depending on the season, including Japanese Ramen and Udon, Italian pasta, and Vietnamese Pho.

The restaurant offers seasonal limited dishes from different regions of Japan and the world, so you can try other regional flavors without having to leave the hotel.

Sipping Cocktails for an Unforgettable Night

After a delightful dinner at Pergola, I couldn’t resist the allure of the Concierge Lounge.

Anyone can pick their favorite drinks, and enjoy them accompanied by delightful snacks in an intimate and sophisticated setting.

As I raised my glass, I was surrounded by breathtaking cityscape views, creating an atmosphere of pure enchantment. These unforgettable moments on the Concierge Floor added a touch of elegance and relaxation to my evening.

A Morning Delight I’ll Never Forget

One of the highlights of my stay at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel was the breakfast buffet. It is a breakfast lover’s paradise! The vibrant atmosphere and enticing aroma awakened my senses, as I prepared to embark on a delightful culinary adventure. The live kitchen stole the spotlight, where talented chefs skillfully prepared made-to-order omelets and fluffy scrambled eggs, ensuring each dish was cooked to perfection. The sight of mini donuts arranged temptingly, added a playful twist to the buffet, inviting me to indulge in their soft, sweet goodness.

Exploring the buffet further, my plate was filled with savory delights like crispy bacon and golden hash browns. The panoramic views of Nagoya through the floor-to-ceiling windows enhanced the breakfast experience, casting a warm glow over the feast. The attentive staff at Pergola made me feel like a cherished guest, always ready with a smile and friendly conversation.

The breakfast buffet at Pergola was a true delight, where the live kitchen and delectable mini donuts added an extra element of excitement and indulgence.

Other Hotel Features You Shouldn’t Miss

In addition to its prime location, comfortable rooms, and delicious dining options, the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel offers several other features.

Staying true to my wellness routine was made effortless at the state-of-the-art Towers Fitness Club. The modern facility offered everything I needed to rejuvenate my body and mind.

From invigorating cardio sessions to strength training, and even a refreshing swim, I found myself energized by the club’s vibrant atmosphere. With top-notch equipment and expert trainers, my fitness goals were fully supported, allowing me to stay in peak form during my stay.

It is almost impossible to imagine this gigantic pool with a whirlpool, sauna, and large communal bath on the 18th floor of a high-rising building overlooking Nagoya Station.

As a guest staying on the Concierge Floor the use of these fantastic fitness and relaxation facilities was free for me, for other guests the use will cost extra.

Next to the fitness club, there is the hotel spa where you can enjoy a range of treatments for a relaxing time after a long day of sightseeing or work.

I felt grateful for the unforgettable stay at the Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel, knowing that the warm hospitality and culinary delights of Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel would stay with me as I continued to explore the wonders of Nagoya and beyond.
