COVID-19 Safety Measures for All Our Experiences and Tours

We have updated the COVID-19 guidelines below to reflect the changes in government policy and to ensure the safety of our guests and our hosts.

Cancellation Policy

• We have reinstated our normal cancellation policy, which is as follows:
  7+ days before the tour date: full refund of tour fees minus 5% processing fees
  3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund of tour fees
  48 hours or less before the tour: no refund of tour fees

Measures for Our Customers

Wearing of Masks

• According to Japanese regulations, the wearing of masks outside is not necessary, however, when entering establishments it is currently still required to wear a mask and we require hosts and guests to follow these guidelines until the Japanese government’s advice changes.

In order to give you peace of mind while enjoying our experiences and tours, all of our staff and hosts are doing their best to provide the safest environment possible.

This policy will be valid for all bookings until March 31. 2023.
We will be reevaluating the situation regularly and might change safety measures depending on how the situation develops.
