COVID-19 Safety Measures for All Our Experiences and Tours

Following the lift of the National State of Emergency in Japan, Nagoya is not boring will gradually restart the tours and experiences implementing the following guidelines below to ensure the safety of our customers and our hosts.

Participation Restrictions for Experiences and Tours

Our experiences and tours will be limited to a maximum of eight people. And we will only be offering private experiences and tours for the time being.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that to ensure the health of participants and hosts, tours might be canceled in advance or even on the day of the tour for health or other COVID-19 related reasons.
  • We offer a full refund on all cancelations even for same day cancellations.
  • In case the host needs to cancel for health or other reasons related to COVID-19, we provide you with a 100% refund.
  • Experiences and tours might be cancelled if the State of Emergency is reissued in Japan.

Measures for Our Hosts

  • Our hosts will wear a mask during the experience or tour.
  • We will ask them to check their body temperature before the experience or tour. 
  • Those with fever, cough or difficulty breathing (and other COVID-19 symptoms) the day before the experience or tour will refrain from carrying out the experience or tour. (In this case it might come to a cancellation)
  • Our hosts are encouraged to regularly wash or sanitize their hands during the experience or tour.

Measures for Our Customers

Before The Tour

  • If you have a suspicious symptom such as fever or cough two days before the experience or tour, please refrain from participating.

On The Tour Day

  • Please bring and wear a mask. Masks must be worn at all times for ages 3 and above (except when eating or drinking). Not wearing a mask prevents you from participating in the experience or tour.
  • The body temperature will be checked before the experience or tour starts.
  • Our hosts will give you hand sanitizer at the beginning and throughout the experience or tour.
  • Avoid sharing food, drinks and personal items such as mobile phones with people outside your group of friends or family.
  • Please keep distance between people.
  • If you feel sick during the experience or tour, please notify the host.

After The Tour

  • If you have fever, cough or difficulty breathing, anytime within a one week window after the tour please let us know as soon as possible..

In order to give you peace of mind while enjoying our experiences and tours, all of our staff and hosts are doing our best to provide the safest environment possible.

This policy will be valid for all bookings until July 31st. 2020.
We will be reevaluating the situation regularly and might change safety measures depending on how the situation develops.
