The hotel features a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and aerobics classes. There is a free shuttle to Nagoya Station as well as Nagoya Castle on the weekends for your convenience.

The main concern of guests was that the hotel was hard to find since it is necessary to follow signs within Nagoya Station up elevators, and the check-in desk is on the 15th floor.

Since the hotel is getting on in years some guests complained that the air conditioner in their rooms didn’t work properly and that the rooms are getting noticeably on in years as well.
Many guests complimented the excellent service at the hotel as well as the convenient location close to the subway in the city center.
The Tower Hotel Nagoya
The Tower Hotel Nagoya is the recently opened hotel inside the Nagoya TV tower.
The hotel has a fitness center, and free WIFI throughout the property.

The hotel features a fitness room, business center, and an exclusive lounge.
The restaurant on-site serves a breakfast buffet at an additional cost as well as a Japanese buffet lunch and dinner and course dinners for special occasions.
The hotel rooms are stylish and offer many amenities such as a TV, fridge and coffee maker as well as nightwear and slippers. The luxurious bathroom offers a bathrobe, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.

The modern rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, a kettle, slippers as well as free toiletries and a hairdryer.
A number of guests complained about the location, as it is not directly located at Nagoya Station, but rather a 10 to 15-minute walk away.

The restaurant offers an international breakfast buffet.
Twin and double rooms are available to choose from and they have amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and an electric kettle.
The hotel does not have a restaurant serving dinner, but ample dinner options are available in the vicinity.
The hotel staff is friendly but there are often problems with the language barrier.
There is parking on site but it cannot be reserved and on a first come first serve basis.
Especially the convenient location as well as the hot spring bath were often mentioned as the hotel’s best features. The rooms while small are comfortable.
Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel
The 4-star Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station. This hotel is very modern and bright.
