On our Inuyama Samurai Experience Day Tour, you’ll step into the world of Japan’s samurai legacy on an immersive cultural journey just 30 minutes from Nagoya.
Led by a knowledgeable local guide, you’ll explore Inuyama Castle, Japan’s oldest surviving wooden castle. Built in 1537, it remains one of only twelve original castles in Japan. As a designated National Treasure, it offers panoramic views over the Kiso River and a deep connection to Japan’s feudal past.
During the tour, you’ll learn about samurai philosophy, customs, and etiquette. You’ll even have the chance to observe and try basic sword handling in a safe, guided environment.
Stroll through the charming castle town, lined with traditional streets, historical museums, and artisan shops.
Savor delicious local street food during a lively lunch, and finish your day with a tranquil tea tasting in a beautiful tea house, nestled within a peaceful garden steeped in centuries of tradition.
⚔️ Feel the spirit of the samurai in Inuyama!
